1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LedgerPilot ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LedgerPilot is an AI-powered accounting automation platform that connects to QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace (Gmail and Sheets), and bank data providers to perform month-end close analysis, variance detection, vendor accuracy checks, receipt ingestion, and other accounting workflows. The Service generates reports, checklists, and client communications based on your accounting and operational data.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must have proper authorization to connect QuickBooks Online, Google, and bank accounts
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Third-Party Integrations

QuickBooks Online

The Service accesses your QuickBooks Online data through Intuit's OAuth authorization. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to read your accounting data for the purpose of performing AI-powered analysis. We access data in read-only mode and do not modify your QuickBooks records.

Google Workspace

The Service accesses your Google account through Google's OAuth authorization. By connecting a Google account, you authorize us to read email messages matching the search queries you configure on agents (including bodies and attachments), send email on your behalf when an agent step you have configured requires it, and read or write cell values in the specific spreadsheets you authorize this app to access — either by selecting them in the Google Picker dialog or by having an agent create them. Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze accounting data and generate reports, findings, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified accountant before taking action. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.

LedgerPilot is a tool to assist accountants, not a replacement for professional accounting judgment.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated analysis, data loss, or business decisions made based on the Service's output.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks accounts and contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
